ICLEI USA developed materials, presentations, and a project plan for 21 participating local governments. Over 6 months, ICLEI USA trained participants on key vulnerability assessment concepts and provided them with one-on-one support through their assessment processes. ICLEI USA designed the cohort to equip local governments with the knowledge and tools needed to understand, communicate, and plan for climate change-related risks.
