ICLEI Global Position – Local and subnational government perspectives on advancing coherence across climate, biodiversity, and land

This Global Position sets out ICLEI’s vision for greater coherence across the three Rio Conventions on climate change, biodiversity and land. It calls for integrated implementation and for local and regional governments to be recognized, empowered and adequately resourced as essential partners in all three processes.
