ICLEI is leading the work on Communication, Dissemination and Awareness Creation for this project. ICLEI supports the implementation of analytics building services to end users. ICLEI is also supporting the development of a Pilot Operation, Engagement and Measurement / Verification (M&V) Plan for the project. ICLEI is responsible for a report on Services to support SECAPs impact assessment, implementation and monitoring. ICLEI will also be coordinating the Market Uptake Launch-Event /Replication Workshops. Furthermore, Four one day Replication workshops will be organised by ICLEI and HOUSING EUROPE (2 workshops organized by each partner) to exchange knowledge / experience and stimulate the interest and participation of key stakeholders. ICLEi is also leading the task on Big Data Alliance Setup and Management.
