What we are doing

Seoul is embracing a comprehensive strategy to attain carbon neutrality by integrating eco-friendly transportation, energy-efficient buildings, and sustainable urban development. These forward-thinking initiatives not only foster environmental sustainability but also set a new standard for cities globally. Since 2012, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has played a key role as a strategic partner of ICLEI and as the host of the ICLEI East Asia Secretariat. Through this collaboration, ICLEI and Seoul are committed to empowering cities and driving impactful climate solutions both regionally and around the world. What does the project want to achieve/aim to do?
