What we are doing
Beginning in April 2019, local and regional governments will report their climate action once on CDP’s platform and publicly reported data will automatically be shared with ICLEI. By streamlining ICLEI’s carbonn Climate Registry (cCR) and CDP’s reporting platform, our goal is to make climate reporting faster and easier.
In order to support local governments that have reported through the carbonn Climate Registry, ICLEI’s Kaohsiung Capacity Center is conducting a technical workshop to empower cities to continue reporting effectively.

What we are achieving
This workshop will provide an overview of global trends in environmental disclosure and reporting in 2019 in light of the recent announcement of CDP and ICLEI’s joint unified reporting system. Workshop participants will gain expanded knowledge of global city climate policy and new trends in reporting and measuring environmental impact, an overview of CDP and ICLEI’s unified reporting system, and a comprehensive briefing on the technical changes and guidance on the current questionnaires.
