What we did

Ulster County, NY contracted ICLEI USA to complete the County’s 2022 community-wide greenhouse gas inventory and associated report. This GHGI will be used to help inform the County’s climate action plan which is currently being developed. The County also contracted ICLEI USA to complete GHGIs and a GHGI memo template for each of the 21 municipalities within its jurisdiction so that they can use the data and adjust the template for their local context.

What we achieved

ICLEI USA conducted a 2022 community-wide greenhouse gas inventory and 21 municipality inventories compliant with the US Community Protocol. As part of the scope of work, science-based targets and a slide deck were developed and provided.
