Adaptation actions such as strategic management plans, infrastructure improvements and vulnerability reduction measures are increasingly needed as they represent necessary steps to respond to the risk situations that many cities are facing as a result of climate change.

In this way, it will be possible to evaluate whether the project objective has been achieved, as well as a way to keep the participants involved throughout the training process.

The overall objective of this project is to ensure that the target audience is trained on the issue with a focus on adaptation, in order to identify vulnerabilities, propose adaptation measures to prevent risks to water resources and to access financial resources for elaboration of plans, programs or projects for the implementation of adaptation actions in the Baixada Santista region.
