Cities in Chinese Taipei face serious water issues all year round. Cities on the island have to tackle the drought until May and then respond to the flooding seasons from May to November. All evidence has shown that the influences of climate change leads to more extreme weather, both in frequency and strength. As a result, cities have a strong motivation to undertake a more resilient city building framework.
