Recife is one of the world's cities most susceptible to the effects of climate change due to its geographical characteristics. Therefore, the city needs to adapt to counter such effects through even more efficient risk management. As a result, the city needed an assessment of the specific threats that the city might face, and the ways to adapt to this crisis, achieving tangible decision-making results.
