Other mitigation targets


Establishment and development of 1 unit of Garbage Bank as the center of activity and 3192 units of garbage bank in community of RT levels (Rukun Tetangga) of Malang city which proven can reduce approximately 150 tons per days as much as 600 tons which come from citizens and privates. This activity can reduce methane gas in landfills.

Enhancement of Green Open Space in all city of malang and will pursue the target of 20% of the total area of Malang city. When there is already 19% of the entire city area. And requires the private sector to plant trees within the framework of the Malang Ijo Royo-Royo (MIRR) program.
