The overall objective of the LEA project is to “speed up” knowledge transfer, dialogue and awareness raising of innovative public procurement (PPI) in the field of Education and Technology Enhanced Learning. LEA focuses on the education sector and specifically looks at equipping it with Personal Learning Environments to make classrooms fit for Education 2030.
