Is your city / town climate ready? This webinar is hosted by the University of Cambridge as part of the series of IPCC summaries compiled on the IPCC Fifth Assessment Report. In May 2014 ICLEI and European partners released a summary of findings relevant to cities from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fifth Assessment Report (AR5). The briefing explains the science and technical details in AR5 that are of special consequence for the cities sector. This webinar will offer a succinct overview of key developments, with examples of local climate action showing the diversity of approached cities and towns are taking when tackling climate change.
