Enhanced Adaptive Capacity Via Forest Species Composition and Forest Resources Protection/Management

Nature-Friendly River Maintenance
Countermeasures were taken at the Wanju River and tributaries to mitigate frequent climate change related rains and drought. Actions included avoiding use artificial stone in favor of natural stone for re-covering and maintenance. A structure was also built to allow residents to enjoy the waterfront promenade’s recreational areas. Start year 2011
