Implement Green Fleet Policy
This policy was initiated in 2008. It involved the requirement that all new vehicle purchases be alternatively powered vehicles, etc. We also made this a requirement in our solid waste removal contract (the contract had to use clean fuel technology vehicles). Our current contractor now uses CNG vehicles instead of diesel. Start year 2007
