Biciplan is the creation of a big biking grid. More than 100 km of cycle lan have been already built and more than 80 more km will be built in the next years. This plan includes a bike sharing system with 15 different station already working.

This action aims to reduce energy consumption in public lighting by replacing old lighting systems with new low-energy systems. The action forecasts the substitution of almost 19.000 old lighting points with new LED lighting, the setting of a remote control of the whole lighting grid and finally the substitution of old traffic lights with LED traffic lights.
